The development of the Yandere tag and the "calm before the storm" vibe of the first 10 chapters were exquisite! The side characters still feel a bit flat, but they've just been introduced and I expect that this author will succeed in taking their story to new heights. I was thoroughly pleased about how real the MC felt, except, of course, his hidden athletic talent that was somehow maintained even though he did occupy himself with any. If the story was a song, its timbre would begin discordant and resolve into a pleasant and harmonious waltz. The MC was abused and oppressed by his Yandere gf because she did not want others to know how "perfect" he was (kind, handsome, and athletic). ![]() The first chapter really touched my emotions, especially the feelings of pain.
